VicRoads is seeking a Lead EUC Engineer to drive our modern workplace environment, delivering secure, reliable and seamless technology experiences across the organisation.
What you'll do
Lead and optimise our End User Computing (EUC) environment
Manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID and endpoint security
Drive automation, patching, application packaging and device lifecycle management
Act as the senior escalation point for complex EUC issues
Partner with Cyber Security and project teams on enterprise initiatives
Mentor engineers and champion continuous improvement
What you'll bring
5+ years' experience in EUC Engineering
Strong expertise across Windows, macOS and Android environments
Advanced knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, endpoint security and compliance
PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Nice to have
ITIL and/or ServiceNow experience
AV/meeting room technology exposure
Microsoft Endpoint Management or Security certifications
Azure certifications
NOTE: A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to Wendouree and other Customer Service Centres as required are essential.
