Experience Range: With at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in technical leadership roles and deep expertise in front-end web development within AI-augmented environments Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications, delivering exceptional user experience and performanceArchitect and own front-end solutions, including reusable component libraries and enterprise UI standardsDevelop high-quality user interfaces using React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frameworks, ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibilityDesign and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python, integrating seamlessly with enterprise systemsMentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding best practices, and technical decision-making to drive engineering excellenceCollaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutionsDrive technical excellence through code reviews, engineering standards, and quality governancePartner with AI agents for code generation, testing, documentation, and review activities, leveraging AI-native development toolsContribute across all phases of the SDLC: Plan, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, Operate, and OptimizeImplement automated testing frameworks covering unit, integration, API, and UI testing to ensure code quality and reliabilityLead cloud-native deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, optimizing for scalability, security, and complianceIdentify and implement opportunities to improve engineering productivity through AI-driven development practices and automationRequired Skills:
Expert proficiency in React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3Experience building reusable component libraries and enterprise design systemsStrong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and modern UI patternsHands-on experience with Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python for backend developmentAPI development using REST and GraphQLExperience integrating front-end applications with enterprise backend servicesCloud-native development experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCPCI/CD pipeline automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar toolsContainerization and orchestration using Docker and KubernetesExperience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, DynamoDB)Version control using Git and modern branching strategiesHands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Workspace, Cursor, or similar platformsPreferred Skills:
Experience with Micro Frontend ArchitectureExperience with Enterprise Design SystemsKnowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG)Experience with event-driven architectures and message queuesExposure to GenAI, Agentic AI platforms, or AI-powered applicationsUnderstanding of observability tools, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracingExperience developing enterprise SaaS applicationsAbility to leverage prompt engineering techniques for software development tasksKnowledge of responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and human-in-the-loop systemsDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related disciplineRelevant certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, or Google Professional Cloud DeveloperCertification in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) or AI-native development tools is a plus
