Job Overview

Are you an experienced SAP MM / Source-to-Pay (S2P) professional ready to take your career to the next level?

As a Lead Business Integration Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing SAP solutions that support critical global supply chain and procurement processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional experts, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions and drive continuous improvement.

This role offers the opportunity to work on global SAP initiatives, complex business processes, cross-functional integrations, and transformation projects, while making a direct impact on business efficiency and operational performance.

What You Will Do

• Lead and support SAP MM and Source-to-Pay (S2P) process integration, solution design, implementation, enhancements, and production support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective, scalable SAP solutions.
• Analyze and resolve complex SAP incidents, defects, and business process issues.
• Support and lead SAP configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
• Drive process improvements, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives across the S2P landscape.
• Support integration of SAP MM with FI, SD, PP, and other SAP modules and boundary systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams on developments, interfaces, integrations, testing, and defect resolution.
• Provide functional guidance to business and project teams throughout the end-to-end S2P lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, and solution documentation.
• Identify opportunities to leverage SAP best practices, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency, controls, and user experience.
• Work with global teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business priorities.

What You Will Learn

• Gain deep exposure to global Source-to-Pay and SAP MM processes.
• Work across end-to-end business processes and SAP integrations involving MM, FI, SD, PP, and other systems.
• Develop experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, and production support in a global environment.
• Strengthen your ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Build strong expertise in process transformation, continuous improvement, automation, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with diverse global stakeholders and gain valuable experience in cross-functional and international project environments.
• Develop leadership and decision-making skills by taking ownership of critical SAP initiatives and business solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM / Source-to-Pay (S2P).
• Strong experience in SAP production support, implementations, enhancements, and/or rollouts.
• Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay business processes and SAP MM functionality.
• Experience analyzing and resolving SAP incidents, defects, and business process issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, functional, and technical teams.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts to support global operations.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience integrating SAP MM with FI, SD, PP, and other SAP modules or boundary systems.
• Experience in SAP Inventory Management.
• Experience leading or supporting UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
• Experience working in global SAP transformation or rollout programs.
• Exposure to process automation, digital solutions, and SAP best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
