About the role: We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer / AI Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-driven solutions. This role will focus on intelligent automation, document intelligence, knowledge management, and enterprise-scale AI applications that drive operational efficiency and business value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise business applications.
• Build and deploy applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and agent-based frameworks.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for document processing, information extraction, knowledge management, recommendation systems, virtual assistants, and conversational AI applications.
• Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, domain experts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Support the deployment, optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications in production environments.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and adoption across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technical disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks and platforms such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing applications using FastAPI, RESTful APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, AI agents, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with AI solution deployment, model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or experience within the HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial engineering domains.
• Familiarity with engineering systems and components such as Compressors, Motors, Heat Exchangers, Valves, and related technical products.
• Experience working with engineering data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), product structures, technical documentation, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Experience developing AI solutions for engineering, manufacturing, product development, or digital transformation initiatives.
