Key responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and motivated LCL Station Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end Less-than-Container Load (LCL) operations. The ideal candidate will lead the LCL Operations and Customer Service teams, ensuring seamless execution of export and import processes while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.

• Lead the Operations and Customer Service teams supporting LCL export and import shipments across Indonesia.

• Manage the end-to-end LCL shipment process, including booking, planning, execution, and post-shipment activities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for LCL operations.

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations promptly.

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.

• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation and improved operational efficiency.

• Ensure clear communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a global logistics organisation, including 1–3 years in a people leadership role.

• Strong operational expertise in LCL, with hands-on experience across ocean freight, trucking, and customs processes.

• Proven people management and stakeholder management capabilities, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience with CargoWise is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities within tight deadlines.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
