Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network configurations that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes conceptualizing model architectures that enhance natural language comprehension and generation, ensuring the models are scalable and adaptable to various applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of model performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative language model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions involving large language models.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies for models using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with techniques to improve model generalization and reduce biases in language generation.
- Ability to evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and implement improvements based on findings.
- Knowledge of scalable computing environments and distributed training frameworks for large models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at BDC14A - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
