Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for a Kitting Operator to join our team in Arden Hills, MN.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:
• Assembles, binds, and/or packages materials and products manually, including but not limited to medical devices.
• Performs basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance.
• Folds & tapes boxes, applies labels, and stacks boxes on pallets according to direction.               

  • Other duties as assigned

Your Shift: 1st Shift; 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday

You Must Have:
• Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
