About the role
As our Key Account Manager, you'll own the business with key customers, from joint planning and negotiations through execution and performance. You'll identify growth opportunities, build strong customer partnerships and turn commercial plans into results. It’s a varied role combining strategy, negotiation and hands-on execution, with a direct impact on business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Delivered sales and profitability targets while managing key customer accounts.
- Led commercial negotiations and joint business planning with customers.
- Used financial and performance data to shape sales plans and track results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Managed customers or commercial plans across retail or omnichannel environments.
- Applied category and shopper insights to identify opportunities and improve performance.

- Own customer plans from initial priorities through negotiation, execution and performance reviews.
- Balance customer needs with business priorities while finding opportunities for shared growth.
- Deliver the annual sales target and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Improve execution across key commercial priorities and build a clear customer growth plan.
- Create a healthy pipeline of opportunities that supports performance in the following year.

You'll join the Modern Trade team, an innovative and commercially focused part of the LEGO® business. We spot opportunities early, share information openly and turn ideas into practical results. You'll have room to think strategically, solve problems and adapt as customer needs change. Our hybrid rhythm balances office days for collaboration with flexibility for focused work. We value accountability, customer-focused thinking and people who can influence others while contributing to shared success.
What success looks like
You'll master the balance between customer priorities and business goals, adapting your approach to each partnership. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help bring new players into the ecosystem, develop existing partners and support a stronger omnichannel model. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Operations and key customer stakeholders to align priorities and deliver strong execution.
