Job Description

1. O2O平台全链路管理（从渠道发展到整合营销）：根据渠道和品牌发展战略，制定并优化O2O 渠道拓展策略，包括线上平台和线下门店整合，与营销团队协作形成站内外整合营销方案，提升品牌全渠道覆盖率、市场占有率，推进新品、新客。

2. 伙伴关系管理：与平台、第三方服务提供商和线下零售商建立并维护牢固的关系。协调和解决合作过程中的问题，确保合作项目的顺利实施。

3. 平台分析与洞察：利用平台后台数据，进行市场趋势、竞争对手分析、消费者行为研究，为品牌提供有价值的见解和战略建议，支持精准定位和产品创新

4. 跨部门和前线销售沟通和管理：与大区、跨部门形成充分互动，影响前线上翻、对新供给等的理解和开发，包括培训、评估和激励方案建议等，为组织培养高效和专业的团队文化。

1. 学士学位

2. 8年以上工作经验

3. 新零售平台或电子商务/O2O 运营和营销背景

4. 有成熟的客户服务/销售经验
