Junior UX Designer

Role Overview 

We are looking for a creative and hands-on UX Designer who can translate business requirements, user needs, and technical concepts into simple, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences. 

The role will work closely with solution architects, engineering teams, business analysts, product teams, and customer-facing stakeholders across digital and AI-led initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving beyond conventional UI design and contributing to product experiences, prototypes, solution concepts, presentations, and emerging AI-driven interfaces. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design intuitive web, mobile, dashboard, and enterprise application experiences 

• Translate requirements and workflows into user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes 

• Create high-fidelity UX/UI designs and reusable components in Figma 

• Develop and maintain design systems, components, styles, and UX consistency 

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation 

• Participate in customer discussions and convert ideas into visual concepts and solution experiences 

• Create compelling presentation designs, solution visuals, infographics, and customer-facing storytelling 

• Support UX for AI, GenAI and Agentic AI-based applications as the portfolio evolves 

• Explore and adopt new design technologies and AI-enabled design tools 

• Incorporate feedback quickly and work across multiple initiatives when required 

Must-Have Skills 

• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience 

• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma - mandatory 

• Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy 

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces 

• Strong sense of layout, typography, spacing, visual balance, and consistency 

• Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical concepts 

• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling 

• Comfortable designing professional customer presentations 

• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams 

• Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-project environment 

Good to Have 

• Exposure to AI / GenAI-driven applications and conversational UX 

• Experience using AI-assisted design or image-generation tools 

• Understanding of design systems and component-based application development 

• Exposure to enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS or B2B product design 

• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Adobe tools, Canva or similar visual-design platforms 

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS, React or Angular would be an advantage

Education 

Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant hands-on experience and a strong portfolio can be considered equally important.
