岗位职责
1. 定期进行供应商绩效评估，控制供应商风险，持续改进供应商质量水平
2. 定期进行供应商制程和体系审核，追踪不符合项的纠正措施及完成情况
3. 针对原材料质量问题，组织相关方进行调查和分析，及时、有效的解决问题，确保生产运营顺利进行
4. 根据图纸和工程规范，制定并更新原材料检验标准，并监督技术员的执行情况
5. 负责原材料进料检验数据分析
6. 负责管理原材料检验所需设备和量检具，必要时采购新设备
任职要求
1. 机械相关专业本科或以上学历
2. 3年及以上机械制造及机加工行业质量工作经验。供应商管理或质量管理或物料质量管理经验优先
3. 熟练掌握图纸分析能力并拥有良好的 GD&T知识
4. 熟悉ISO9001, 掌握PPAP, Control Plan，PFMEA, QC七大手法等基本质量管理工具
5. 良好的分析、解决问题的能力；较强的责任心
6. 良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作意识
7. 英语可以进行书面及口语交流
