Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the effective planning and execution of field service activities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with ABB and customer requirements. Working closely with Field Service Engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the smooth delivery of service operations and continuous improvement of service processes.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Coordinate field service activities in accordance with ABB standards, customer requirements, and safety procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during service assignments, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Plan and coordinate service activities to deliver a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Operations Managers to optimize processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update records of service personnel competencies, certifications, and training requirements.
• Monitor the execution of service visits and ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.
• Support operational efficiency by improving service quality, reducing repeat visits, and ensuring effective work organization.
• Prepare customer site access requirements and related documentation, ensure the availability of personal protective equipment (PPE), and support compliance with ABB quality, safety, and health standards.

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum 1 year of experience in coordination, administration, customer service, or service support activities.
• University degree, preferably in a technical, engineering, or business-related field.
• Very good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive in solving problems and driving tasks to completion.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems, as well as familiarity with health & safety and compliance requirements, will be considered an advantage.
