We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP ABAP Developer who is passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow within the SAP ecosystem. In this role, you will work alongside experienced consultants and developers, contributing to SAP enhancements and business-critical projects while expanding your knowledge of SAP development best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, maintain, and support SAP applications and enhancements (custom and standard) based on technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing technical design specifications under the guidance of senior team members.
• Review functional requirements and analysis documents to understand development needs and propose technical solutions.
• Support internal stakeholders by addressing technical issues and responding to SAP-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing SAP programs, identifying and resolving defects.
• Participate in the optimization and maintenance of SAP applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Stay up to date with new SAP technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relative university degree
• 0-2 years of experience in SAP ABAP development (internship, academic projects, or professional experience).
• Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including reports, enhancements, forms, and data dictionary objects.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented ABAP concepts.
• Understanding of user exits, BADIs, enhancement framework, and debugging techniques is considered an asset.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions with guidance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise in SAP technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
