As our Junior Research Operations Executive, you’ll:

Be responsible for working on the operational aspect of multiple multinational market research projects, including scripting, script checking, fieldwork management, data uploads, and data checking. The role also entails communicating with our panel partners, translation providers, and our scripting partners around the world.

This is a non-client-facing role with the Research Executive responsible for supporting client-facing researchers in London and New York teams.

What do I need to bring with me?

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

• Being able to get up to speed on our processes quickly and then work independently, efficiently, and accurately.
• The ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English is a key element of the role.
• Checking and approving questionnaire scripts before release to the client
• Checking translated versions have been correctly overlaid
• Ensuring quality control measures are in place
• Liaising with the Data team to ensure data is processed appropriately
• Checking data / identifying issues and working collaboratively to deliver clean data files
• Ensuring effective communication with suppliers throughout the project and ensuring that they have access to all relevant information
• Managing project launch with panel providers
• Making decisions during fieldwork in order to meet the deadlines. This includes knowing when to accelerate fieldwork by using other research methods, as well as identifying issues early enough to overcome delays
• Working collaboratively with our product team and engineers to develop operational solutions to increase efficiency within the team
• Trialling beta products/platforms, providing feedback, and assisting in rolling these out to the wider team
