Junior Project Manager - Construction & Fit-Out

Job Description Summary

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Project Manager to help bring to life the exciting workplaces we design for both local and international occupier clients.

You'll be joining Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services team – a strong, dynamic mix of architects, project managers, workplace experts and sustainability consultants. We offer an informal, collaborative culture that values performance and outcomes over time spent at your desk.

Job Description

As a Junior Project Manager, you will:

• Support the delivery of office, industrial and commercial projects from start to finish

• Take part in both people and project management – both are equally important in this role

• Split your time between the office and project sites

• Work closely with a highly experienced team of designers and technical experts
   

What We’re Looking For

• Education in a technical field (ideally VUT, ČVUT or similair)

• Fluent Czech or Slovak (essential for working with local suppliers and contractors)

• Good English (spoken and written) – fluency isn’t required; you’ll use it daily and improve quickly

• Previous experience in Industrial or commercial project management or construction field is a plus, but attitude and motivation matter most

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
