About Job
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services using C# and .NET on Microsoft Azure.
Contribute to the development of scalable APIs, Azure Functions, and cloud-native services.
Work with existing codebases, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements under the guidance of senior engineers.
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and agile development processes.
Build and maintain integrations with databases, messaging systems, and other platform components.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, and production monitoring efforts.
Investigate and resolve application defects, performance issues, and operational incidents.
Follow engineering best practices related to code quality, testing, security, and documentation.
Continuously learn and develop expertise in Azure cloud services and modern software engineering practices.
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of professional software development experience.
Experience developing applications using C# and .NET (.NET 6+ preferred).
Familiarity with ASP.NET Core Web APIs and backend service development.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, or Service Bus.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, including source control and CI/CD concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies and domain knowledge.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with Entity Framework Core and RESTful API design.
Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging technologies.
Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker.
Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or financial services.
Interest in cloud-native development, distributed systems, and modern architecture patterns.
Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications, data pipelines, or analytics platforms.
