📋WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Supporting, simplifying, and developing manufacturing processes

• Understanding operational processes in a LEAN environment

• Analyzing and supporting waste reduction opportunities

• Coordinating business and savings projects

• Developing technical solutions tailored to business needs

• Collaborating with technical experts, external partners, and cross-functional teams

• Manage team performance, coach and provide feedback

• Manage team absenteeism and conduct issues

• Nurture a diverse, inclusive culture within the department

• Be a member of department leadership team

• Time and attendance rollup owner for Line

🔑WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Engineering, technical management, or STEM BSc/MSc degree

• Student or recent graduate status; maximum 3 years of similar experience

• Proficient in Hungarian and English

• Strong leadership and communication skills
