Job Summary

We are looking for a new Junior Export & Customs Specialist employee to be based in Tczew, Poland.

Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Export & Customs Specialist to support daily export and customs operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing export documentation, supporting customs clearance activities, monitoring shipments, verifying shipment and customs data, and cooperating with customs agencies, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support export and customs clearance activities in compliance with internal procedures and customs regulations.
• Maintain accurate shipment and customs documentation in company systems.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Assist in resolving customs, transportation and documentation issues under the guidance of senior team members.
• Cooperate with Logistics, Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure timely shipment execution and documentation compliance

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Some previous experience in logistics is mandatory.
• Experience in export and/or customs operations will be an advantage.
• Good Polish and Communicative English (B1/B2 level)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn export, customs, and trade compliance processes as well as new operational systems.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.
