We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our Perth team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop their estimating, commercial, and analytical skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role
As a Junior Estimator, you will support the preparation of cost estimates, tender pricing, benchmarking activities, and commercial analysis across a range of industrial services projects. Working alongside experienced Estimators and operational stakeholders, you'll gain exposure to estimating methodologies, project costing, risk assessment, and tender development processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of project estimates and tender pricing schedules.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Maintain estimate workbooks, pricing models, and supporting documentation.
- Support the development and maintenance of benchmarking tools, cost libraries, and lessons learned databases.
- Analyse historical project performance and estimating data to identify trends and insights.
- Assist with estimate reviews, cost validation, and risk assessments.
- Support reporting, dashboard development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operational, commercial, and technical teams throughout the tendering process.
Requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
