Right now, we are looking for a (Junior) EPIC Coordinator to join our Procurement Data Compliance Team.

EPIC is internal Ecolab database consisting of all product specifications. From the smallest components to fully packed, ready for transport products.

As Junior EPIC Coordinator you will have the opportunity to contact various external business partners located in different parts of Europe. You will monitor their responsiveness and serve as first point of contact for specification related cases. You will work closely with various internal teams like Procurement, Quality, RD&E, Regulatory, Planning. You will have the chance to impact on team performance and to take part in continuous improvement activities within your area of responsibility.

What You Will Do:

• Manage relationships with external business partners (co-packers) at the operational level to ensure full compliance (sharing specification updates, managing responsiveness, resolving issues).
• Drive effective communication and cooperation with internal teams (Procurement, Quality, RD&E, Regulatory, Planning, etc.).
• Be part of continuous improvement activities, take an active role in cross-department alignments, optimization projects, etc.
• Providing training for new members of the team/department.
• Representing procurement compliance (CSP) on various forums.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to ensure high level of service to our business partners.
• Acting as an advisor in excess and obsolete process.
• Being responsible for process of exceptions from specifications (TDS).

What You Will Need:

• Fluent in English verbal and written communication. A second European language will be an advantage
• Work experience in fields like Chemistry, RD&E, Procurement, Project Management is highly welcomed
• High education in Chemicals (Mech/Chem) and/or Business
• Engagement to operate proactively, anticipating possible problems, opportunities, and challenges
• Resiliency and ability to adjust to changing variables in the workplace
• Open mindset and continuous improvement approach
• Excellent communication & presentation skills – self- drivenness, openness to communicate on various levels
• Work experience in a multinational/multicultural/matrix environment will be an advantage
• User skills in SAP (MM, PP module) will be an asset
