Role Profile
The Junior EHS Advisor will support the delivery of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) activities across LSEG in Poland. Working under the guidance of the Regional EHS Manager, the role will help maintain EHS compliance, support local initiatives, and contribute to a safe and healthy working environment.
This role is suited to someone who is looking to develop their career in Environment, Health and Safety within a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support EHS compliance activities across LSEG locations in Poland.
- Assist with inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Maintain EHS records, documentation and reporting systems.
- Collect and analyse EHS data and prepare reports.
- Support EHS communications, awareness campaigns and training activities.
- Assist with monitoring compliance with local legislation and company policies.
- Work with Facilities, Property and other business teams to support EHS initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement of EHS processes and systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety
- Some experience in EHS, Facilities, Property or an administrative/compliance-related environment would be beneficial.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
What You'll Bring
- Fluent Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Interest in developing a career in Environment, Health and Safety.
- Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
- Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- Ability to work with data and information accurately.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Poland if required.

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 93,000 zł - 147,000 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.Benefits Information:
