Job Summary

As a (Master) Data Specialist & Operator, you will serve as the vital link between our product data sources and our internal and external customers. You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product information in our system. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence safeguards the accuracy and completeness of our master data, supporting smooth business operations and helping create seamless experiences that build confidence, trust, and lasting connections with our brand.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Data Management & Quality

• uthorization requests
• Monitor data for errors and inconsistencies, proactively addressing issues to maintain high data quality.
• Safeguard the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across all systems and reports.

2. Process Improvement & Support

• Identify needs and drive implementation of data-related improvements across systems and processes.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within our data management workflows.
• Assist with resolving master data tasks and challenges related to product and customer information and syndication.

3. System & Tool Administration

• Maintain and improve product specifications within various product information management systems tools (SAP, STEP Stibo etc.).
• Use automation in the “Vista” landscape to optimize and automate repetitive tasks.
• Daily management of local tasks (PAD, CPL etc.) via “Consumer Vista”
• E-Training video creation with Clipchamp to complete the Knowledge Hub in Vista

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with internal customers, global colleagues, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and solve master data-related requirements.
• Provide expert consultation on complex master data topics and support regional/global data specialists with various tasks and projects.
• Train the organization on local standard tools and processes for data management.

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Identify needs for data management reports, create concepts, and track relevant KPIs to ensure the highest level of master data quality and consistency.
• Analyze, address, and solve non-standard master data topics, providing actionable insights for business improvement.

6. Support & Troubleshooting

• Manage 1st and 2nd Level support for data-related topics in our tools (SAP, Shuttle for Customer, STEP Stibo, SQL Server, Consumer Vista, etc.).
• Support the global and local MIP process for new products with regards to product information.
• Oversee product & customer data management in SAP ERP, STEP Stibo, and Shuttle for Customer, including local product activations and SAP Vistex price uploads/tracking.

Critical Experiences & Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field with working experience in data management
• Experience with product and customer data and information management tools (SAP, Step Stibo) and SAP GRC authorization processes
• Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office/Excel, SAP ERP/Vistex
• Additional advantage: experience with 1WorldSync, SQL Server, SQL, Excel VBA and Python
• Fluent English, another European language is an advantage
• Precise and conscientious; yet able to keep an eye on the big picture at the same time
• With a curious mind and highly motivated
• Able to function in a dynamic international fastmoving environment.
• Experience with project management or coordination of cross-functional tasks
• Structural approach (LEAN) and execution mindset
• Experience in managing stakeholders in an international environment
