We’re looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wingene, Belgium.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly through the supply chain, delivering exceptional service to our customers. Working collaboratively with teams across Production, Logistics and Sales. you'll gain hands-on experience across customer order fulfilment and planning.

Responsibilities include: 

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a smooth Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process. 

• Monitor supply chain performance, including OTIF and support corrective actions where needed. 

• Manage sales orders. 

• Provide excellent customer service by acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates. 

• Maintain and update master data within the company's EDI platform (Transus) to ensure data accuracy. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across customer service processes.

Requirements

• Secondary School Diploma (high school education) Fields of study such as Business Studies, Office Administration, Languages, Business Organization, or a related discipline are considered an asset or equivalent through experience. 

• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• A proactive and driven individual with the energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

• A strong customer-focused mindset, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs. 

• The ability to connect information from across the supply chain to make informed decisions. 

• A resilient and results-oriented approach, demonstrating the determination to overcome obstacles and deliver positive outcomes. 

 Desirable 

• Strong administrative and communication skills 

• Fluency in French would be highly desirable.
