You will join the Commercial Team at 3Oaks Gaming, working with B2B partners in the Sweepstakes & Social Projects market (US, Canada, Australia, Europe). You'll focus on managing existing accounts with full operational support from our Content, Promo, Integration, Onboarding, and Marketing teams.

This role is based on-site in Bratislava (Slovakia) or Malta. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for the iGaming industry, eager to learn quickly, grow professionally, and bring fresh ideas to the team!

Requirements

• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Marketing, or any other client-facing role (in any industry).
• Experience in the iGaming industry is not required, but a passion for learning and a drive to understand how the industry operates is essential;

• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (Fluent) English is a MUST (both written and spoken for daily B2B communication);
• Strong willingness to learn, grow with the team, and bring fresh ideas and solutions based on new knowledge;
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (ability to work with formulas, calculate percentage changes, monitor KPIs, and spot trends)
• Ability to communicate and present effectively across all levels inside and outside the organization;
• Well-organized, reliable, proactive, and responsible;
• Client-oriented with a solid understanding of what high-quality service looks like;
• Flexibility regarding working hours: readiness to stay in touch or respond outside standard working hours when necessary due to different time zones;

Main Tasks

• Support Account Managers and the Team Lead in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, taking ownership of assigned tasks and clients, and following through on agreed actions;
• Support day-to-day management of customer accounts, respond to enquiries, and coordinate timely follow-up on requests and issues;
• Become an expert in using our Client Area and Back Office systems;
• Act as a point of contact between customers, Account Managers, and the technical team, coordinating issue resolution and keeping customers informed;
• Educate customers on system functionalities and new features;
• Support promotional planning with customers alongside a dedicated Account Manager, using performance insights to help identify opportunities for account growth;
• Track agreed promotional activities, including marketing and social media commitments, and follow up proactively to support their delivery;
• Assist in creating internal documentation and supporting compliance tasks;
• Monitor account KPIs and month-on-month performance in Excel, calculate percentage changes, flag trends and anomalies, and share actionable findings with Account Managers.
