The P&G Internship is a flagship program offered to promising and driven undergraduate students interested in growing as a leader and getting best-in-class training with us for at least two months. You will get to join our Analytics & Insights Department of our Selling and Marketing Organization and will be given an individual business project that you will own, lead, and deliver for the duration of your internship.

As an A&I intern, you will combine curiosity with analytical rigor to directly influence business strategy. You will leverage diverse sources of knowledge, from advanced analytics to psychology, to seek tough business problems. We are looking for individuals who can develop new approaches to understanding consumers, markets, and retailers through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and robust research. Your work will require creativity, innovation, teamwork, and leadership as you delve into big data sources and state-of-the-art analytics tools to identify key business drivers and assess the impact of various investments.
 

As an Analytics & Insights intern in P&G:

• You will get a full P&G experience with important responsibilities from Day 1, acting like an internal consultant, ensuring consumer and shopper insights are the foundation of our business.
• You'll experience a truly global work environment – interacting daily with P&Gers from various backgrounds, nationalities, and markets, often collaborating with Brand Management, Finance, Sales, R&D, and others.

Job Qualifications

• Use your personal email when applying and not school email
• You are available to take in an Internship starting January 2027
• Open to both voluntary and required internship (if voluntary you must have 12 units or less)
• You must be able to commit a full-time internship (3x a week onsite and 2x a week work-from-home, 8 hours per day)
• You are a top talent, current university student that preferably has less than one-two years to graduate
• You display strong partnership, analytical skills, and a problem solving or solutions-oriented mindset especially when confronted with issues
• You have experience working with groups through formal or informal positions of leadership
• You are driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results
• You are confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences
• You are able to use your analytical ability to derive insights from data and come up with business or organizational decisions
• You have strong passion to continuously stretch yourself to learn new things and grow as a professional
• You take initiative and show flexibility
• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines
