What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of company laptops, with macOS as the primary focus, as well as Windows computers, mobile devices (iOS and Android), IP phones, and other desktop IT equipment. This includes device imaging and setup, software and hardware installation, configuration, updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Maintain office IT systems, including IP phones, video conferencing and wireless presentation systems, printers, CCTV, and access control. Support server room operations, structured cabling, UPS systems, switches, access points, and routine inspections. Monitor infrastructure availability and performance through dashboards and alerts. Basic knowledge of servers, networking, audio-visual systems, and electrical principles is required.
- Perform daily monitoring and testing of office Wi-Fi, wired networks, and VPN connections, and troubleshoot network-related issues

Work with teams to identify valuable AI and automation opportunities, deliver end-to-end solutions, and drive adoption through demonstrations, training, and hands-on support. Measure the impact and use AI tools to improve troubleshooting, ticket handling, documentation, and reporting.

Support regional offices with IT rollouts, new office setups, and on-site project delivery. Travel when required and provide technical support and coordination throughout the implementation.
- Create and maintain IT knowledge-sharing documents, SOPs, and the service desk knowledge base. Implement Global IT strategies, technical standards, guidelines, and solutions while continuously improving employees’ IT service experience and satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate equipment procurement, installation, maintenance, and technical support with external service providers.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree or above; computer science, software engineering, networking or other related majors are preferred.

At least 3 years of working experience in IT support, IT engineering or a similar hands-on technical role, with working experience in large IT companies preferred. Operation and maintenance experience across Windows, macOS, WiFi network, VPN network and smart office systems is required.

Basic knowledge of server and network administration: Windows Server or Linux, virtualisation, backup and restore, switches, VLANs, WiFi controllers, firewalls and VPN. Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft or Linux are a plus.

Demonstrated software engineering ability: strong Python (or an equivalent language) plus PowerShell or Bash; comfortable with Git and code review; able to build, test, document and maintain internal tools and integrations against REST APIs. Please be ready to share a portfolio, GitHub profile or examples of tools you have built.

Hands-on AI practitioner: daily user of AI assistants (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) with effective prompting skills, plus practical experience building AI agents, AI skills or MCP integrations. Experience deploying AI solutions for non-technical users is a strong plus.

Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to turn unclear requirements into practical, deliverable solutions, and capable of presenting and providing training to non-technical users. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Able to work independently and collaboratively, accommodate flexible working hours including evenings & weekends, and travel to regional offices when required.
