The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT asset activities, maintaining accurate asset records, coordinating equipment deployments and replacements, and providing technical support for end-user computing devices. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and a customer service-focused approach. This position requires an individual capable of working independently, prioritizing competing demands, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with other support teams to ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

All work is tracked through an IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system, which is used to monitor performance against established service level agreements and measure support effectiveness. Candidates should have demonstrated experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments, managing IT assets, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

The selected candidate will be subject to a Government Public Trust security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to the customer's information. A current clearance is not required; however, the selected individual cannot begin the assignment until the required access is granted by the customer.
