Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Anord Mardix have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Operations Manager to join the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working within the different electrical industry sectors promoting the Anord Mardix Products 
• Manage customer relationships and negotiating and closing strategic opportunities, as required
• Research client needs, issues and goals to deliver client wins
• To engaged with and drive the in-house estimating team in terms of ownership, translating, managing & reporting all aspects of the enquiry during the tender process
• To help provide technical direction in product design / project schedules and facilitate the projects execution
• Promote open lines of communication and collaboration with other functional areas/department
• Record and communicate progress on sales opportunities; maintain sales databases; prepare reports and presentations as needed
• Coordinate with the sales team, ensuring Anord Mardix procedures are adhered to
• To work closely with the Operations, Project Management and applications teams providing leadership and technical expertise from the early tender stage through to the final site installation as and when required
• To work on or attend site as and when required
• To minimize our exposure and risk on a project
• To ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• To promote, develop and extend any business of the company
