The Opportunity

As our I2C Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind our financial flow, turning strategy into seamless operational success. You won't just manage daily activities; you’ll serve as the architect of our end-to-end I2C experience—from credit risk to cash application. Working alongside Sales, Legal, and Operations, you will inspire a dedicated team, elevate performance, and play a pivotal role in optimizing our global working capital.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Empower & Develop People: Mentor and coach a diverse team of junior to senior I2C accountants, cultivating a supportive culture focused on growth, balance, and shared achievements.

• Champion Process Innovation: Spot opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows, making every day smoother for your team and our business.

• Guide Cash Flow Strategy: Inspire proactive strategies for credit risk and collections, partnering closely with Sales and Legal on high-value accounts to protect business health while fostering strong customer relationships.

• Lead End-to-End Operations: Act as the trusted Subject Matter Expert for the complete I2C cycle (Credit, Collections, Cash Application, and Reconciliation), ensuring smooth, audit-ready processes.

• Transform Data into Insights: Leverage tools like SAP S/4HANA and Celonis to tell the story behind the metrics, guiding senior leadership with clear, actionable insights.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Background in L2C/I2C: 5+ years of hands-on experience spanning Credit, Collections, Cash App, and Reconciliation.

• People-First Leadership: 2+ years of experience guiding and developing teams in a shared services or multinational environment.

• Financial Insight: A strong understanding of working capital metrics (DSO, aging analysis, bad debt provisioning, and cash forecasting).

• Tech Enthusiasm: Comfortable with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) and advanced Excel. Experience with tools like Power BI or Celonis is a great plus.

• Collaborative Mindset: Fluent in business English, with natural communication skills that build strong relationships across regional departments.

• Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CMA, PMP) are warmly welcomed.

The gross monthly salary for this role is between 3400 and 4100 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
