Job Title: Investor Services Representative II and III

 

Locations: Hybrid and Remote – Various States

 

About the Role

As an Investor Services Representative II and III, you will be responding to caller inquiries with an expected high level of accuracy, while providing an excellent quality customer service experience. This position is an excellent entry level opportunity that will have you professionally interacting with shareholders, brokers and dealers in our inbound call center.

Required Experience

• College degree preferred or relevant work experience
• At least one year of previous customer service experience within retail, banking or financial services required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within structured procedures

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

New Jersey: The expected hourly wage for the position is between $17 USD/hour to $23 USD/hour. Colorado: The expected base salary for the position is between $17.82 USD/hour to $24.12 USD/hour. Maryland: The expected base salary for the position is between $20 USD/hour to $29.61 USD/hour. Illinois: The expected hourly wage for the position is between $18 USD/hour to $24.44 USD/hour. Massachusetts: The expected hourly wage for the position is between $18 USD/hour to $28.91 USD/hour. District of Columbia: The expected hourly wage for the position is between $20 USD/hour to $26.36 USD/hour.

 

 

In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for equity awards such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
