As an EB Services Intern, you'll work alongside Relationship Managers to support client engagement, business development activities, and credit review processes. How You Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to be proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learn. You'll work closely with Relationship Managers to support client servicing, credit reviews, and business development initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and build strong working relationships will help you deliver quality support and create a positive experience for clients and stakeholders.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Servicing: assist Relationship Managers with day-to-day operational tasks and customer servicing activities
• Credit Review Support: obtain and consolidate customer documentation required for credit reviews, account maintenance, and portfolio updates
• Business Analysis: collate and analyse customer information to support credit assessments, client reviews, and business opportunities
• Business Development & Marketing: support marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities through research and data analysis
• Banking Operations: gain exposure to banking products, processes, and operational workflows that support client relationship management
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on departmental projects and assignments as required
