As an F&B Service Intern at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will have the opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will support the Food & Beverage Service team in providing attentive, professional, and personalized service in our restaurants and dining outlets. Primary responsibilities include:

• Assist the F&B Service team in preparing restaurants, dining areas, and service stations before operations.
• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Support the team in taking orders and serving food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of dining areas and service equipment.
• Assist with table setting, clearing, and resetting during service.
• Ensure guests’ needs are attended to promptly and communicate requests to the relevant team members.
• Support the team in maintaining proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures for F&B Service operations.
• Assist with stock replenishment and proper handling of service equipment.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Act with Heart by showing genuine care and hospitality to our guests and colleagues.
• Make the Moment through attentive, thoughtful, and personalized service.

Requirements

What you bring:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related program.
• Previous experience in F&B Service or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
• Good grooming and personal hygiene.
• Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
• Physically fit and able to support daily F&B Service activities.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Indonesian citizen only.
