Über diese INTERNSHIP – CRM CAMPAIGNS ASSISTANT Stelle bei Skechers
The CRM Campaigns Assistant will support the EU CRM&Loyalty team in the operational execution of Email Marketing activities for the EU markets. The role contributes to email campaign setup, and reporting. This position is designed for an intern profile working closely with the assigned Coordinator, learning CRM workflows while supporting day-to-day activities at both local and regional level.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
6-month internship starting September 2026
1. Email Marketing Campaign Support
- Discover and learn how to create, set up, schedule and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure accuracy in campaign setup: audience selection, subject lines, tracking parameters, and content.
2. Content Management into Template
Learn how to upload and prepare campaign content within templates to ensure correct execution.
3. Content Localization
Develop your understanding of local market specificities by contributing to linguistic and cultural accuracy.
4. QA & Testing
- Build quality reflex skills by participating in QA checks:
- Testing across devices and email clients
- Link verification
- Content consistency
- Learn to identify and flag issues to the CRM team and Coordinator.
5. Team Support & Collaboration
Work closely with the CRM Coordinator on a daily basis and immerse yourself in an international CRM team environment
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a business school, or equivalent university
- Strong interest in the digital/marketing
- Good oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of German, French and/or Italian is a strong plus for Alpine market coverage
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
