Responsibilities:

As part of our International Tax team, you will take on a central role in delivering high-quality advisory services within a dynamic and client-driven environment.

Your role will include:

• Advising clients on complex International and Luxembourg tax matters, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance in a constantly evolving regulatory landscape;
• Leading and reviewing in-depth tax analysis, and translating technical findings into clear, strategic and actionable recommendations;
• Managing client engagements, including planning, execution and timely delivery of high-quality outputs;
• Acting as a potential point of contact for clients, starting building trusted relationships with the aim of ensuring  full client satisfaction;
• Supervising, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring quality standards;
• Contributing indirectly to business development initiatives, including proposals and pitches with the support of a highly experienced advisory team ;
• Collaborating closely with  your management team and actively contributing to the growth and positioning of your service line.

You will be expected to demonstrate high dedication to work, a high level of rigor in all aspects of your work and substantial capacity to share your knowledge with your team members.

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Law (with a specialization in Tax Law);
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in International Tax, preferably within a consulting or professional services firm;
• Strong technical expertise in International and Luxembourg tax frameworks;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and simplify complex matters;
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with first experiences in client interactions;
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coach junior team members;
• Proactive, results-driven and committed to continuous learning and professional growth;
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
