We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to support the planning and execution ofย corporate travel, MICE programs, conferences, incentive tours, offsites, and business eventsย across domestic and international destinations.
The role requires strong coordination, communication, vendor-management, and client-handling skills, along with the ability to manage multiple travel and event requirements simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, timely execution, and high-quality client service are critical.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coordination ofย corporate travel and MICE programs.
- Understand client requirements and develop appropriate travel, event, and logistics plans.
- Coordinate conferences, meetings, incentive tours, corporate offsites, and business events.
- Prepare itineraries, proposals, quotations, travel plans, and event-related documentation.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, venues, and other vendors.
- Manage accommodation, transportation, transfers, activities, meals, event venues, and related logistics.
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers to obtain competitive commercial terms.
- Monitor budgets, quotations, purchase requirements, timelines, and vendor deliverables.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates throughout the program.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all travel and event requirements are executed accurately.
- Conduct detailed pre-event planning and ensure operational readiness before program commencement.
- Support on-ground execution of conferences, offsites, incentive tours, and corporate events when required.
- Handle last-minute changes, travel disruptions, vendor issues, and other operational challenges effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client requirements, bookings, vendor details, costs, and event documentation.
- Follow up with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of agreed deliverables.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to improving service quality and future programs.
- Stay updated on domestic and international destinations, hotels, venues, travel services, and MICE trends.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of experienceย in corporate travel, MICE, event management, destination management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience coordinatingย corporate travel, conferences, incentive tours, offsites, or business events.
- Strong understanding of travel planning, accommodation, transportation, event logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Strong negotiation and commercial coordination abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle last-minute changes and operational challenges.
- Proficiency inย MS Office, Excel, email, and digital coordination tools.
- Willingness to travel and support on-ground event execution when required.
