What you will do:

Manages all account management activities for a group of Mining and Mining related companies in the defined region to drive increased sales and customer loyalty. Responsibilities

Partner with dealers, customers, and internal commercial teams to identify financing needs and support the development and implementation of financing solutions that support equipment and aftermarket sales and market growth.

Assess customer needs, dealer requirements, market dynamics, and business opportunities to recommend appropriate retail financing solutions and products

Develop differentiated financing solutions and financing programs for customers in partnership with Company industries.

Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company's products and services in Mining Finance in the region.

Implementing the sales and marketing strategy to achieve business plan targets for company products and services.

Ensuring customer satisfaction through management of product and service delivery and related commercial offerings.

What you have:

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Account Management: Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day-to-day activities, providing services and support to existing clients.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the Mining business in the region, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Basic Requirements:

•University Degree in a Business/Finance or similar qualification would be desirable

•English Advanced

•Commercial experience with Mining Customers.

•At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in leasing and equipment finance

Top candidates will also have:

• Minimum of 3 years working in a similar responsibility.

• Experience working with dealer networks, distributors, financial institutions, banks, or captive finance organizations.

• Experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, structured finance, asset finance, or vendor finance.

• Experience developing customer financing proposals, business cases, or differentiated financing solutions.

• Experience supporting business growth in emerging markets or multi-country

environments.

Additional Information:

Up to 20% travel may be required.

Note: The position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
