As an Internal Product Specialist based in Helsinki, Finland, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by providing commercial support to both external and internal customers within an assigned product area covering laboratory equipment.

This hybrid role requires you to visit the office once a week, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment. Your key responsibilities will include responding to product and application inquiries, identifying customer needs, promoting suitable solutions, preparing competitive quotations, and managing product-related quality feedback to support long-term customer satisfaction and business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: A degree in chemistry or a related natural science is required; a MSc level degree is preferred.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in advising customers on technical, chemical, or laboratory products.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge and/or experience in tender legislation is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Finnish and English.

• Quotation Management: Create, negotiate, and follow up on quotations.

• Tender Participation: Participate in tender work, find products, and answer technical requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Follow market trends within the dedicated product range and build market intelligence.
• Marketing Activities: Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, customer events, and other marketing activities as needed.
• Collaboration: Cooperate closely with local, regional, and European colleagues within the dedicated product range.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
