Role Review

Tory Burch is seeking a passionate, driven, and entrepreneurial stylist to lead a styling culture transformation across Greater China. Based in Shanghai, this role will play a pivotal part in elevating styling excellence within retail and e-commerce teams as well as the corporate office, shaping a consistent and inspiring brand expression across all customer touchpoints.

This individual will connect with an external partner styling agency and be the conduit for leading styling initiatives, build capabilities, and foster a strong styling community across Greater China.

This role will report into APAC Manager, content & creative brand image as well as to the Sr. Director Merch & VM for Greater China.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and champion a styling culture transformation across retail, ecommerce, and office teams
• Design and deliver styling training programs to enhance in-store client experience and styling confidence
• Organize and execute styling events, workshops, and seasonal activations
• Build, coach, and develop a retail styling team across four regions in Mainland China
• Partner closely with Retail, VM, Marketing, and livestream teams/hosts to ensure a consistent and elevated brand styling image across both physical and digital channels
• Develop styling guidelines and provide coaching for livestream hosts to ensure alignment with Tory Burch brand aesthetics and storytelling
• Act as a brand ambassador for Tory Burch styling, translating global vision into local execution
• Identify opportunities to elevate styling impact on client engagement and sales performance
• Drive culture change initiatives, including rewards programs and styling competitions, to encourage adoption and behavioral change
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Training, Retail, and E-commerce teams to embed styling excellence across all functions
• Partner with an external styling agency on a multi-year engagement to bring the latest insights, trends, and training into the organization

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3–5 years of experience in styling, fashion retail, or a related field
• Experience in delivering training or leading styling initiatives is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of the Greater China retail landscape is a strong plus
• Experience in merchandising is a strong plus
