  • Effectiveness Analytics: Analyze learner feedback and participant segments to identify trends, root causes, and prioritized recommendations to improve training outcomes.
  • Program Operations: Support end-to-end program execution including annual work planning, scheduling/coordination, logistics (trainer/venue where applicable), and post-program follow-ups.
  • Communications & Engagement: Create/update program communications and materials (slides, briefs, announcements) to drive awareness and participation across the region.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key KPIs (e.g., adoption, enrolment/completion, evaluation scores) and highlight risks, trends, and actions.
  • Ecosystem / Ad hoc Portfolio Support: Support cross-team initiatives (e.g., HR partnerships, events, ecosystem partnerships) and regional office requests as priorities shift, with defined outputs and deadlines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process/tool improvements that reduce rework and improve the learner experience.

About You

  • Strong research and structured problem-solving capability.
  • Effective communication skills, including concise slide-building and writing for learner engagement.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and follow through in a dynamic environment.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, curious, and eager to drive impact in a regional workforce development environment, turning insights into action and enabling a stronger learning culture.
