Job Responsibilities

Campaign Support & Personalization

• Coordinate campaign launch to ensure all timelines are met by working with all relevant parties internally and externally (agencies, internal stakeholders, creative team, content team etc.) 

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure digital and offline touchpoints adhere to best practices, aligned to brand guidelines while maintaining good experience across the consumer journey 

• Conduct research on audiences, best practices, competitors, latest marketing technologies etc. to inform campaign direction to drive engagement and conversions 

• Activate cross-channel campaigns based on the overall strategy to acquire new visitors, engage them with relevant content and convert them. Channels include but not limited to paid search, programmatic display, paid social, email and strategic 3rd party partners 

• Support end-to-end delivery of paid search campaigns from understand the activation, briefing agencies, proposing keywords/copies and reviewing the search proposal to confirming live dates and updating proof of delivery records.

• Manage Google Business Profile across Marina Bay Sands properties.

• Work with external agencies to execute, manage, optimize, report and analyze campaigns to ensure seamless execution leading to optimized performance to meet campaign and business targets  

Marketing automation:

• Assist on EDM execution, from managing content calendars to collaborating with various teams on EDM creative, setup, deployment and reporting.

Analytics

• Create marketing presentations and reports to update relevant teams on the campaign / business performance as needed 

• Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to identify insights that can improve future campaign performance

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, E-commerce, Business Analytics or a related discipline.

Experience

• Familiarity with digital marketing / paid media campaign is a plus.

• Experience in reporting with Web Analytics Tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics) a plus

Other Prerequisites

• Campaign coordination and project management skills

• Passion for digital marketing and customer experience

• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage, troubleshoot and problem solve in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn attitude

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills preferred
