Role Summary and Impact 

As a Data Analytics Intern, you will support reporting and analytics for clients in the nutrition/FMCG and beauty sectors. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in dashboards, data management, automation, and media reporting while growing with our Data & Analytics team. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Dashboard & Data Support: Assist with dashboard development, testing, maintenance, data preparation, and quality checks. 

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare recurring trackers and reports, reconcile data across sources, and support ad hoc analysis. 

• Process Improvement: Support automation, documentation, and improvements that reduce manual work. 

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate inputs and resolve basic data issues with internal and regional teams. 

Skills and experience: 

• Junior or senior student, or recent graduate, in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, available for a full-time internship. 

• Comfortable working with numbers and data; proficiency in Excel is required, while exposure to Power BI, SQL, BigQuery, or similar tools is a plus. 

• Enthusiastic about data, patient and deliberate in their work, self-motivated to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

• Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn about media, reporting, automation, and client service. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
