What you’ll do:

• Get hands-on experience in how Finance supports business decisions in a global technology company

• Work alongside experienced finance professionals on OPEX planning, forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Build practical skills using tools such as Excel, Anaplan, Power BI, SAP and EAP, as well as BOT and AI solutions, for reporting and process automation

• Support workforce-cost, travel, and other operating-expense analyses that contribute to real business decisions.

• Help create and improve reports and dashboards used by Finance teams and business leaders

• Develop your analytical, communication, and presentation skills through meaningful assignments, regular feedback, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Finance colleagues and business partners across countries, regions, and global teams
• Develop within a range of different responsibilities in finance

What you’ll need:

• Being enrolled in 3rd year Bachelor (or 4th if in Master program) in Accounting, Economy or similar field
• Excellent communication skills English and Polish is essential
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
