We're particularly interested in speaking with professionals located in Toowoomba and surrounding areas within Southeast Queensland. Hybrid working arrangements are available, making commuting a practical option for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
As part of our Business Advisory team, you'll:
- Prepare financial statements, income tax returns and compliance reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Analyse financial information and provide meaningful insights to support client decision-making.
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to deliver value-added advisory solutions.
- Review work and provide guidance to junior team members (Senior Accountant level).
- Collaborate closely with experienced leaders who are invested in your professional growth and success.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
About you:
What We're Looking For
You are a motivated accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients and delivering practical business solutions.
Depending on your experience, you may bring:
- Experience within a Business Advisory, Tax or Public Practice environment.
- CA or CPA qualification (or currently studying).
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation principles.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and building long-term relationships.
- The ability to review work, mentor junior staff and provide commercial advice (Senior Accountant level).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
