Ready to awaken your best with us?
The role
You own how our partners connect to Emma: the warehouses that receive stock and orders, the last-mile carriers that deliver, and the return carriers that bring products back. You cover our e-commerce operations and our B2B channels across Europe.
This is a new role. You will not only deliver integrations, you will also improve our current standards and create new ones, so every new partner connects the same clear way. You work day to day with Logistics Managers (last mile and warehouses), Order Management, Tech, and our external partners.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end integration projects for warehouses, last-mile carriers and return carriers, from kickoff to go-live.
- Plan and run UAT and end-to-end testing across systems and partners: define test scenarios, track issues to resolution and give clear go or no-go recommendations.
- Apply and improve our integration guidelines and documentation: create standard templates, checklists and playbooks, and help shape the new set of standards our integrations need to match.
- Support post go-live monitoring and hypercare, resolve issues and hand over to business-as-usual owners.
- Steer external and internal partners: keep them updated, and challenge their timelines and solutions when they do not add up.
- Work closely with Logistics Managers (last mile and warehouses), Order Management and Tech.
Who we're looking for
- You have around 4 years of experience in project management, including at least 2 years working on systems integrations.
- You understand system integrations: APIs, EDI, webhooks, file-based exchanges, data mapping, status and event flows. You can discuss them with IT teams and challenge them when needed. You don't need to write code.
- You manage several projects at the same time, with the ownership and follow-through to keep partners, technical teams and stakeholders on track.
- You solve problems in a structured way: you troubleshoot issues and find root causes across systems.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
- (Nice to have) You know fulfillment operations (warehousing, last-mile delivery and returns) and how they connect to order management systems. No logistics background? Integration delivery is the skill we need, and we can teach you the logistics.
- (Nice to have) You have onboarded carriers, 3PLs or other logistics partners.
- (Nice to have) You have worked with tools such as Postman, Make, Jira, Tableau, or WMS, TMS and OMS systems.
- (Nice to have) You explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues, and operational needs to technical teams.
What we offer
- One role, several types of integration: warehouses (stock and orders), last-mile carriers and return carriers, across e-commerce and B2B.

- Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one.
- The chance to learn from experts in diverse fields and to get to know your team at company events.
