• Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end 360-degree marketing campaigns, integrating online and offline channels to boost brand awareness and market penetration in Vietnam.

  • Influencer & KOL Marketing: Plan, execute, and scale high-impact local influencer and key opinion leader (KOL) marketing campaigns across target verticals.

  • Out-of-Home (OOH) & Local Media: Oversee strategy and deployment for local Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising and media placements across key Vietnamese cities.

  • Strategic Partnerships & Co-Branding: Identify, negotiate, and close business partnerships and co-branding opportunities to drive brand affinity and user acquisition.

  • Commercial & P&L Management: Drive local business metrics and sales performance, taking accountability for marketing budget allocation and P&L targets.

• Qualifications & Key Requirements

  • Creative & Innovative Marketing: Highly creative with a proven track record of developing and executing innovative, “out-of-the-box” marketing campaigns.

  • Strategic Partnerships & Negotiation: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to independently lead and close business negotiations for co-branding initiatives and strategic partnerships.

  • OOH & Influencer Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising and executing successful influencer/KOL marketing campaigns.

  • Commercial Accountability: Direct experience managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) statement with strict accountability for driving business metrics and sales targets.
