The Department of Construction Management at Colorado State University seeks applications throughout the year from individuals who are interested in obtaining non-tenure track teaching positions within the department.

The mission of the Department of Construction Management at Colorado State University is to advance the knowledge and practice of construction management for the betterment of society through teaching, applied research, and service to local, national, and global communities.

The Construction Management (CM) program at Colorado State University is one of the top-ranked programs in the nation. Since its inception in 1946, more than 5,000 students have graduated, many of them going on to become leaders in their field. Proposed Annual Salary Range:

$75,000 - $85,000 -- based on a full-time teaching load. Adjunct hires may be part-time, based on department needs at the time of hire.

Essential Job Duties:

Non-tenure track teaching

Conditions of Employment:

Pre-employment criminal background check (required for new hires)

Supervision:

This employee reports directly to the CM Department Head. Employee may supervise an hourly grader.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction management or related field.
• One or more years industry experience.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• One or more years university-level teaching experience.
