  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Activation: Partner with marketing, medical, access, sales, and analytics to connect insight to action, ensuring research translates into clear priorities and measurable impact.

  • Therapeutic Area Capability Building: Elevate oncology knowledge across teams through coaching, mentorship, and the sharing of market, customer, and competitive intelligence.

  • Curiosity and critical thinking: A naturally curious mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to explore beyond the obvious, identify patterns, and uncover insights that address both stated and unstated business needs.

  • Strategic impact: A track record of translating research and data into actionable recommendations that influence brand strategy and business decisions.

  • Collaboration and influence: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, bring diverse stakeholders together, and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

  • Project management: Excellent project management, organizational, budget-management, and prioritization skills.

  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to senior audiences.

  • Data and AI capabilities: Confidence working with data, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled tools to identify patterns, enhance research approaches, generate hypotheses, and support evidence-based decision-making. The ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs, apply appropriate judgment, and translate findings into meaningful business recommendations is essential.
