Inside Sales Representative – Aerospace & Defence

At Arrow Global Components (AGC), a division of Arrow Electronics, we are a leading distributor and value-added service provider of electronic components. We help customers bring innovative technologies to market by providing design support, supply chain expertise, and access to the world's leading semiconductor and IP&E manufacturers.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative – Aerospace & Defence to support the growth of our Aerospace & Defence business in Porto.

This is an internal sales position requiring experience in the Aerospace & Defence market and a strong understanding of semiconductor and IP&E technologies.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers across Spain and Portugal.

• Support commercial activities for both Semiconductor and IP&E product portfolios.

• Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and target accounts.

• Manage daily inside sales activities, including quotations, pricing support, follow-up, and customer communication.

• Collaborate with suppliers, field sales teams, product specialists, and business development managers to deliver customer solutions.

• Drive design-in and design-win opportunities within customer accounts.

• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking activities.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and excellent service delivery.

• Participate in business reviews, supplier initiatives, and regional growth programs focused on the Aerospace & Defence sector.

Your Profile

• Experience in electronic components distribution, inside sales, customer service, or sales support.

• Proven experience within the Aerospace & Defence market and understanding of industry requirements and business environments.

• Knowledge of Semiconductors and IP&E (Interconnect, Passives & Electromechanical) products.

• Experience supporting complex customer accounts and managing commercial activities.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across sales, product, engineering, and supplier organizations.

• Proactive, customer-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Fluent in English and Portuguese .
