Inside Account Manager II

Job Summary

The Inside Account Manager II at TD Synnex/ Shyft Global Services is responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, driving sales of technology products and services, and providing exceptional customer support within an inside sales environment. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts via phone and email.
• Proactively reach out to dormant reseller partners who have not conducted business in the past months, with the goal of re-engaging and rebuilding relationships.
• Re-establish trust and strengthen partnerships by delivering value-driven solutions and insights.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through lead generation efforts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Understand customer needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of TD Synnex's products and services.
• Collaborate with vendors, product specialists, and other internal teams to develop and present comprehensive solutions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and sales presentations to customers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment and post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
