Join us in one of Georgia’s fastest-growing communities—Columbia County, where exceptional public schools, affordable housing, and abundant outdoor recreation create an ideal setting for both personal and professional fulfillment. Conveniently located off I-20 at Exit 190, the hospital is highly visible and easily accessible. The facility will be opening for patient care in Fall 2026, with a modern design focused on clinical excellence and patient comfort

We are seeking full-time CRNAs / CAAs to join a brand-new Anesthesia team at Columbia County Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to build your practice from the ground up and be a cornerstone of a new healthcare hub in the community.

Backed by the strength and scale of Wellstar Health System, one of Georgia’s largest and most integrated health systems, this hospital will offer:

84 medical-surgical beds

16-bed ICU

40-bed full-service Emergency Department

Planned Level II Trauma Center

6 Operating Rooms

2 Cath/Interventional Radiology suites

2 Endoscopy suites

Comprehensive medical and surgical specialties

Adjacent to the hospital is a state-of-the-art, four-story Medical Office Building (MOB) featuring:

160 exam rooms

Anchored by all major medical and surgical specialties

Seamless connectivity to the hospital for optimal patient and provider experience
